I think we currently have NINE of these blankets in rotation. My daughter is now 8, and her "Lovey" is still her favorite thing in the world. We even have a song about it: "I love my Lovey, yes I do; it makes me happy when I'm blue." Occasionally we have to "retire" a Lovey, putting it in a box of special things, and then we order new, "fresh" Loveys, as she calls them. She says she wants to carry her Lovey down the aisle with her when she gets married -- I have already ordered a white one for her wrap around a bridal bouquet! Call us crazy, but we really love these little blankets.
