Shipping cost is based on delivery
zip code and weight of items. All items ship directly from
Vista, California.
Ship Method
Comfort Silkie orders are shipped
US Priority Mail. To accommodate processing and shipping time
expect your order to arrive within 8 to 10 days. Personalization
and custom orders take an additional 7 days. For rush orders
call customer service at 1-800-266-2229 to request one of
our express shipping methods.
Outside Continental U.S.
Shipping charges for shipments
to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories (Guam,Puerto Rico) and
P.O. Box APO/FPO are calculated off line. You will be emailed
the total charges before we ship. We will ship when we receive
your email confirmation. It may take 4-8 weeks to receive
an order at these addresses.
International
Orders:
International shipping costs
vary. Once your order is received, customer service will determine
the cost and notify you by email. Please make sure to give
a valid email address when ordering. We will ship when we
receive your email confirmation. We cannot accept foreign
credit cards. Orders payment must be in US currency. You will
be responsible for import duties. International orders may
take several weeks to arrive.
Returns
& Exchanges:
Comfort Silkie accepts returns
for a manufacture defect, damaged, or incorrectly shipped
items. Exchanges require a $2.00 restocking fee. Only unopened,
original quality, products purchased directly from Comfort
Silkie may be exchanged. Return shipping is the responsibility
of our customer. All returns must be processed with a Return
Authorization # (RA#). Call 1-800-266-2229 for an authorization
number.
Replacement or exchanges will not be
given for items sent to us without prior approval. Inside
your package please include the RA#, your name, address, phone
number, email address, invoice number and the reason for return
or exchange. All sales are final after 14 days.
