• Please allow up to 14 additional days for personalization.
• Each item is made custom per order. Fabric is
personalized and then product is completed so embroidery
only shows on one side.
• Personalized items are non-refundable
• Date of birth is embroidered in 'mm-dd-yy' format
• We are not responsible for incorrectly submitted
