items ship directly from Vista, California.

Comfort Silkie orders are shipped US Priority Mail. To accommodate
processing and shipping time expect your order to arrive within
8 to 10 days. Personalization and custom orders take an additonal
7 days. For rush orders call customer service at 1-800-266-2229
to request one of our express shipping methods.
Outside Continental U.S.
Shipping charges for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories (Guam,Puerto Rico) and P.O. BoxAPO/FPO are calculated off line. You will be emailed the total charges before we ship. We will ship when we receive your email confirmation. It may take 4-8 weeks to receive an order at these addresses.

| Comfort Silkie accepts returns for a manufacture defect, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Exchanges require a $2.00 restocking fee. Only unopened, original quality, products purchased directly from Comfort Silkie may be exchanged.
Return shipping is the responsibility of our customer. All returns must be processed with a Return Authorization # (RA#). Call 1-800-266-2229 for an authorization number.
Replacement or exchanges will not be given for items sent to us without prior approval. Inside your package please include the RA#, your name, address, phone number, email address, invoice number and the reason for return or exchange. All sales are final after 14 days.
